Cresa's Matt Ward (snapped yesterday) has just repped BWW Law Group in a new long-term 38k SF deal at 6003 Executive Blvd in North Bethesda. Matt tells us BWW, relocating from 4520 East-West Hwy, was motivated to make the northern move after realizing fewer employees were using public transportation, but still wanted proximity to amenities. BWW plans to move into Washington Science Center Joint Venture's 6003 Executive Blvd this August, we're told.
