This morning we also held our 3rd annual State of the Market in Austin, Texas. 350 heard that 10% of all office space absorbed in the US in 2012 was in the Austin market, and things are still growing, with several projects downtown under construction.

At our Chicago State of Office event on Friday, over 300 heard that, like in DC, there's a flight to quality among office tenants, with only 5% vacancy in Class-A space.
