JLL Acquires Multifamily Brokerage Bill Goold Realty

JLL has acquired Vancouver brokerage Bill Goold Realty, expanding the reach of its multifamily investment sales platform and augmenting its Vancouver presence. The boutique brokerage, run by founder Bill Goold and six brokers, did 30-plus deals worth $335M in 2015, the team's best year ever. JLL Canada CEO Brett Miller (seen above at right with Bill) notes the partnership will help his rapidly expanding firm identify investment opportunities that attract regional, national and international capital into BC’s commercial real estate market. Bill will lead JLL's multifamily investment sales practice in Vancouver.
