At Intracorp's The Jervis, Size Matters

Intracorp has tapped local designer Niels Bendtsen of Inform Interiors to work on its mixed-use multifamily project, The Jervis, the first market residential development in the city's West End community plan. The project has 62 market homes and 28 non-market suites, with retail at street level. All units will be anchored by large covered terraces, maximizing light, air and outdoor living opportunities, Inform co-principal Nancy Bendtsen notes, adding the suite design “purposefully moves against the trend of smaller and smaller high-density apartment plans prevalent in the city today.”
