Crown Wins 390 Bay St Management Contract

Crown Realty Partners managing partner Les Miller says his firm—which manages more than 5.2M SF across the GTA—is “eager to reinvigorate” 390 Bay St (Munich Re Centre). Crown Property Management was just awarded the property management contract for the tower, built in 1972. Owned by Munich Reinsurance Company of Canada, the 31-storey building, at the northwest corner of Bay and Richmond streets, has 371k SF of Class-A office space and 12k SF floor plates, with retail space that's connected to the PATH system.
