Video game company Ubisoft Entertainment has inked a deal with Allied Properties REIT to expand its footprint by 87k SF at 5445 Avenue de Gaspé in Montreal, bringing the company's total GLA at the office property to 281k SF. At the adjacent 5455 Avenue de Gaspé, Attraction Media will be relocating from the eighth to the second floor, increasing its presence there by 7k SF, for a total of 61k SF. (The move enables another eighth-floor tenant, Framestore, to expand its space by 41k SF.) All expansions are for 10-year terms. An upgrade of both properties, which are integrated at grade and joined by factory bridges on several floors, is nearly complete.
