Oxford Adds 745 Atlantic Ave to Boston Portfolio

Oxford Properties Group has acquired 745 Atlantic Ave in downtown Boston from Beacon Capital for $114.5M, adding to its 3M SF, $2B portfolio in Beantown. The 174k SF property is the fifth Boston-area asset owned and managed by Oxford since it entered the market last fall and established an on-the-ground team. The 11-story building—with 166k SF of newly designed creative office space and 8k SF of retail—sits adjacent to South Station, a primary transportation hub. Major tenants are WeWork, a shared-office space provider, and Cambridge Consultants, a product development and tech consulting firm.
