An extensive repositioning and leasing program helped Crown solidify the property's tenant roster with organizations like Hidi Rae, Warner Music Canada, Chemtrade and Dell Canada. The revitalization of 155 Gordon Baker also included addition of on-site amenities like a daycare, café, meeting spaces, electric car charging stations and shuttle service to nearby Fairview Mall.
