Construction is commencing on another office building for Spectrum Square in Mississauga.

The 134K SF office building, designed by HOOPP, is at Spectrum Way and Eglinton West near Pearson International Airport. It will be part of a seven-building, 1.3M SF office complex. It will feature a mix of business and social space, including 60K SF set aside for restaurants.

Phase 1 of the project, a 135K SF office building, has been fully leased. Phase 2 is scheduled to begin in 2019.
