Ivanhoé JV Acquires Two London Apartment Properties

Ivanhoé Cambridge and partner Residential Land have acquired a pair of London residential projects: Hamlet Gardens, a four-building, 122-unit complex in Ravenscourt Park (seen above), and 4B Merchant Square, a 60-unit building near Paddington Station. The deals, worth about C$318M, bring to 16 the number of multifamily assets owned by the partnership in London. Residential Land group of companies has a portfolio of 1,000 flats, houses, hotels and commercial properties in central London, a collection valued in excess of C$1.9B.
