Gupta Group Unveils Plans For Vaughan’s Tallest Condo Tower

The Gupta Group has unveiled plans for a 53-storey condo tower that’ll be the tallest in Vaughan. Dubbed ICONA Condos, the project, just east of Highway 400 and Highway 7, will include a second, 51-storey tower (1,140 units total) and 20k SF of retail at the base. Vaughan is in the midst of creating a dense downtown from scratch, drawing commercial and residential developers, namely SmartREIT, to the once-sleepy suburban centre in droves. ICONA will be steps from a new subway station on the extended TTC line. Gupta’s hotel arm, Easton’s Group, owns three hotels in Vaughan.
