The Adi Development Group has enlisted New York-based architects CetraRuddy Architecture for its new luxury boutique project at 64 Prince Arthur Ave.

“We are thrilled to bring a piece of New York with CetraRuddy to Toronto and introduce a new level of luxury and design to Canada. 64 Prince Arthur will be our company’s most ambitious development to date,” Adi Development Group CEO Tariq Adi said in a press release.

CetraRuddy’s previous projects include many of Manhattan’s most iconic luxury residences, including One Madison Avenue.

“This will be our first building in Canada and our intent is to add to the vibrant fabric of this global style neighbourhood through an exploration of the lifestyle and architectural history of this part of the city,” CetraRuddy Architecture co-founding principal Nancy Ruddy said in the press release.

The Yorkville project will also be ADG’s first Toronto venture. Adi is best known for projects in Burlington, including Nautique Lakefront Residences, LINK Condos and Lofts, and the planned community Stationwest.

Adi purchased the Prince Arthur property in 2016. It plans collect community input later this year prior to submitting a design to the city.
