Wellington Greens Commons Snapped Up for $53M

The 112k SF Wellington Green Commons, a Whole Foods-anchored retail center in Wellington in Palm Beach County, traded hands for $53.5M. Weingarten Realty Investors bought the asset from Schmier & Feurring Properties. Investor interest was intense, HFF’s Daniel Finkle tells us, because of the combo of top-tier tenants and its location near the 1.3M SF Mall at Wellington Green. Daniel, along with colleagues Luis Castillo, Nat Scarmazzi and Kim Flores, repped the seller.
