Fort Lauderdale-based development firm Stiles is changing its leadership succession plan, with Ken Stiles moving up to replace his father, Terry Stiles, as CEO (the two are snapped here). Terry is also chairman and will retain that position. Current president Doug Eagon will become vice chairman, while Scott Maclaren will become president, The Real Deal reports. The company was founded by Terry's father, Howard, after WWII, and its developments include The Pointe in Palm Beach Gardens, Biscayne18 in Miami and Coral Landings in Coral Springs. [TRD]
