State of the Market Tomorrow!

This morning, we spent some face time with Rise Realty's Keith Darby, who's moderating one of tomorrow's panels at the Third Annual South Florida State of the Market event at Loews Miami Beach (it's not too late to sign up). It's been a busy year for Keith—a boom in condo sales and a healthy increase in commercial deals might have something to do with that. We also ran into Royal Media Partners CEO Philip Levine (guess which one he is), who's currently running for mayor of Miami Beach, and snapped them with Keith's intern Rachel.
