Besides condos, Florida is craving self-storage, according to California-based William Warren Group. (Of course, you need somewhere to put all those "useful" housewarming gifts.) William Warren is seeking more market share in Florida. "Right from the start, well be managing assets from Jacksonville all the way to Miami," CEO Bill Hobin tells us. The company recently added 23 storage properties in Florida and South Carolina to its operating platform.
