Aegis Of Bellevue Is One Of Three Senior Properties That Recently Changed Hands.

Two Eastside senior housing properties recently changed hands as a part of a three-property deal. Aegis of Bellevue and Aegis Lodge of Kirkland were sold to the joint venture of Blue Moon Capital Partners and Aegis Living Affiliates. A Northern California property, Aegis of Aptos, was included in the sale. The company purchased the properties free and clear of existing financing.

HFF represented the seller, Aegis Living. In addition, HFF’s debt financing placement team worked on behalf of the new owner to secure fixed-rate agency financing to fund the acquisition.

Aegis of Bellevue is at 148 102nd Ave. SE and consists of 68 assisted living and 18 memory care units. Aegis Lodge of Kirkland is at 12629 116th Ave. NE. It has 70 assisted living units and 17 memory care units.

The HFF advisory team that represented the seller included HFF Senior Director David Fasano, Senior Managing Directors Ryan Maconachy and Chad Lavender and Senior Director Ross Sanders. Managing Director Mark Wintner and Director Christopher Ross also assisted.

HFF’s debt placement team representing the borrower was led by Director Sarah Anderson.
