The All Star Self Storage Facility In Belfair

The 76,670 SF All Star Self Storage, Boat & RV building in Belfair recently sold for $9.75M. The facility is at 18720 East Highway 106 along Hood Canal. It sits on 11.98 acres and has 586 self-storage units, plus a 25K SF boat barn for indoor boat and vehicle storage. It also has 120 uncovered vehicle parking spaces.

“Competitors in the area do not have indoor and outdoor boat and vehicle storage like All Star, making it the most complete self storage facility in the county,” Marcus & Millichap Senior Seattle Vice President Investments Christopher R. Secreto said in a statement. “This advantage and the additional land included in the sale attracted qualified buyers and multiple offers quickly.”

Secreto represented the seller, which is a local partnership. He also secured the buyer, which is a regional investment group.

Other recent self-storage facility sales on the Olympic Peninsula include the Kitsap Lake Storage facility that set a self-storage facility county record per square foot of $205 and the sale of Airport Road Self Storage in Port Angeles. That site sold for $4.25M.
