| Surprisingly, our first event outside the US didn't require any riot police. But a great crowd of 225 did show at Toronto's Ritz Carlton. Our Future of Downtown panel included Cushman Canada CEO Pierre Bergevin and PwC national real estate industry leader Lori-Ann Beausoleil. There were more experts (as you can see), but we figured mentioning the ones with French-sounding names would lend us credibility. Yes, we can be superficial in any language.
