Tech Company Snaps Up Half Floor At Elliott Bay Office Park

F5 Network leased about 20k SF in the Elliott Bay Office Park at 300 Elliott Ave W, a block south of the company's HQ. Building owner Martin Selig Real Estate says the tech company is taking about half a floor in the five-story building, with an option for the other half. F5 offers technology to manage Internet traffic and cybersecurity products, and has been growing at a rapid clip, the Puget Sound Business Journal reports. Counting the new lease, it occupies 320k SF in Seattle and 15k SF in Bellevue. [PSBJ]
