Oakhurst Center In Bellevue Recently Sold For $45.4M.

Swift Real Estate Partners recently purchased The Oakhurst Center in Bellevue for $45.4M. The 145,578 SF, two-building office property is at 14475 NE 24th St., just one mile from Microsoft’s headquarters and within the 520 Corridor submarket. The buildings are 79% leased, mostly to Microsoft vendors.

NKF Capital Markets’ co-head of U.S. Capital Markets Kevin Shannon, Vice Chairman Nick Kucha, Executive Managing Directors Ken White, Tim O’Keefe and Mike Schreck, Senior Managing Director Michael Moll and Directors James Childress and Bill DeLacy represented the seller, Barings. Swift Real Estate was self-represented.

Moll said there is newfound capital interest in the Eastside suburbs with strong tenant profiles. Microsoft helps drive this interest.
