Bellevue Office Park Trades For $74M

Kennedy Wilson, which is an acquisition mode, bought the four-building Eastgate Office Park in Bellevue for more than $74M. Recently SoCal-based Kennedy Wilson has acquired nearly $141M in apartments in Shohomish County, reports the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The seller in Bellevue was Beacon Capital Partners, which for its part has been selling its Eastside commercial assets lately. The 227k SF property is near I-90 and about 90% occupied. [PSBJ]
