Holland Partner Group has acquired a two-thirds acre site at 970 Denny Way next to Amazon HQ in South Lake Union, for a shade over $20M. The former location of Ducky's Office Furniture, it's also near where Amazon's building another 4M SF, and Holland president Tom Parsons (right, snapped with Wallace Properties' Kevin Wallace at a Bisnow event), says a 450-unit apartment tower might rise there as soon as 2016, reports the Puget Sound Business Journal. The seller of the site was Brooke Real Estate Venture LLC. [PSBJ]
