| Almost four dozen Transwestern employees pitched in Dec. 10 (must’ve been a red kettle day for giving in DFW) by helping out with the North Texas Food Bank's "Serving U" program. Coordinated with a virtual food drive at Transwestern, employees helped with the Food 4 Kids program and packaged more than 2,500 backpacks for elementary school children with goodies that will provide more than 10,000 weekend meals. But just like the Mr. Steamy, that’s not all. Employees raised more than $3,600 in personal contributions, adding to Transwestern's corporate contribution of $3,500 to help feed hungry families served by the North Texas Food Bank. |
