Sky's the Limit at Kilroy?

Meanwhile, over on the other side of the lake, the buzz is that Kilroy Realty is under contract to purchase Bellevue's Skyline Tower, a 24-story office building now in possession of Beacon Capital Partners. If it changes hands, the price paid will likely be around $180M, making it one of the bigger Seattle office transactions this year. When we chatted with Kilroy SVP Mike Shields, here at the Bisnow Tech Summit two weeks ago, he said the company had "strong interest" in expanding its portfolio with value-add opportunities in key Seattle submarkets. (You know, like Bellevue.) He wouldn't say anything more than that, though. Stay tuned.
