Tinder Opens Satellite Office In Palo Alto

Tinder just opened a satellite office at 471 Emerson St in Downtown Palo Alto and hired 20 engineers. Tinder plans to hire 20 more employees in the near future, reports the Silicon Valley Business Journal. The tech firm wants to link up with Silicon Valley’s tech base to create better matching algorithms.

Tinder’s new office was Facebook’s first office when it had a staff of less than 20. Tinder employs over 200 and plans to double its workforce within the next year and a half. Its engineers are mostly based in Southern California. [SVBJ]
