DES Architects just put together this snazzy video to market Ellis Partners' new project in San Jose, branded 101 Tech. Not a lot of properties are creating these videos, but brokers tell us the trend is on the rise. The 961k SF campus along Orchard Parkway in North San Jose has a newly renovated two-story 286k SF office/R&D building on two floors. Jeff Cushman, who recently got the listing, says the new spot is vacant and ready to go.

We can't help but be reminded of a project about an hour north: Transbay Transit Center. The white structure, above, is the centerpiece of a rendering-heavy video produced by SteelBlue. Would your firm foot the bill to produce a similar marketing video?
