Netgear just decided to stay put at 350 E Plumeria in San Jose, re-signing for the entire building totaling 142k SF. KBS REIT II is the lucky landlord of the building, which is nestled between three freeways and within walking distance of the VTA Orchard Light Rail Station. The design of this two-story property allows it to accommodate either multiple or single-tenant occupancies. Sources say there are "big gorillas" swirling the San Jose market, so available space is getting tight. This summer, Apple made a big move in San Jose for the first time in years, gobbling up the nearly 300k SF 101 Tech Campus.
