CBRE is actively leasing a new office complex in North San Jose. Bay 101 Technology Place, a mixed-use, high-rise project at 1740 North First St. is an entitled nine-story 245K SF Class-A tower.

The leasing team includes CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Shane McNulty and Michael Grado and Burke Weismann Borelli Investment Co. Chairman Ralph Borelli.

The project will include window glass and glass fins, aluminum-wrapped columns and aluminum accents. The office will feature a rooftop terrace with glass railings and a wooden deck and tenants will have terabyte-scale direct connectivity to the internet, and cloud and private networks through the Cloudbus JOIN service.

On-site amenities will include the under-construction 174-room Embassy Suites Hotel and a new restaurant, The Province. An adjacent eight-level parking garage will include approximately 1,325 parking stalls, and a 10-story, 240-room hotel development will be built next door during Phase 2.

The property is surrounded by leading tech companies like Oracle, Cisco, Hitachi and eBay and has access to Highways 101 and 87 and Interstate 880, light rail, VTA buses and Caltrain.
