Santana Row Gets Another Tech Tenant

Another tech company is moving into Federal Realty Investment Trust's Santana Row. BroadSoft leased 33k SF at 3055 Olin Ave. overlooking Park Valencia plaza. The firm was attracted to the live/work/play campus and saw the features of Santana Row as a recruiting tool. BroadSoft will take occupancy around mid-2017. Nine other companies are tenants on Santana Row, including Experian, Si-Bone and Splunk, which relocated into 234k SF at 500 Santana Row within the past 30 days.

Santana Row includes 50 shops, 30 restaurants, a 215-room boutique hotel with full-service conference amenities, a 7k SF campus fitness center, two parks, multiple plazas with outdoor seating, 615 apartments and 219 condos.
