Irvine Co. Adds First Tenant To Coronado Park In Santa Clara

Irvine Co. just signed a lease for an entire building at Coronado Park in Santa Clara. Duarte Inc., a storytelling and business communications company, will occupy an entire 25K SF building at 3200 Coronado Park. The company will move in August from its Sunnyvale office at 755 North Mary Ave., which also is owned by Irvine Co. Duarte worked directly with Irvine Co. for the lease.

Coronado Park, which has been undergoing renovations, is across the street from Santa Clara Square Marketplace, which is anchored by Whole Foods. Coronado Park includes seven office buildings totaling 76K SF and offers space ranging from 4,800 SF to 9,750 SF. The campus features open-air workspace, refreshed interiors, upgraded landscaping and on-building signage.

Other tenants within the Santa Clara Square include Advanced Micro Devices, Cambridge Industries Group and Ericsson.
