Today Sares Regis Group of Northern California and Resmark Apartment Living kicked off the demolition of San Bruno Plaza. The current building sat abandoned for over a decade, and will soon be replaced with one of the newest mixed-use projects to hit San Bruno in years. The three-story building at 406-418 San Mateo Ave will include 83 residential units, about 7,000 SF of commercial space and over 100 underground parking spots. Attendees at the event included Mayor Jim Ruane and members of the San Bruno city council, which approved the project last October.
