Showplace ICON Theatre Leases 50k SF in Mountain View

Kerasotes Showplace Theatres has leased 50.7k SF at The Village at San Antonio Center in Mountain View for a ShowPlace ICON Theatre.

This will be the fourth location of the fairly new concept from the Chicago-based theater operator. The company recently announced a location at San Jose’s Westfield Valley Fair and has officially operating locations in Chicago and St. Louis Park, MN. The concept features modern design, state-of-the-art cinematic technology, reserved seating and dining. VIP Premium Reserved seating is offered for guests 21 and older with large, leather, sofa-style chairs.

The Village Center at San Antonio is a new mixed-use project at San Antonio Road and El Camino Real and anchored by a Safeway. Showplace ICON anticipates opening on-site in 2017[TR]
