More drama on the NFL to LA saga, as Raiders owner Mark Davis is vowing to keep his team in Oakland—even as he and Chargers owner Dean Spanos moved ahead on plans for a stadium project in Southern California. Mark said he will know by June 21 from the City of Oakland and Alameda County about a possible preliminary financing plan for $400M to build a new stadium in the East Bay he said would cost $900M, reports the AP. He has $500M committed. Last month Carson approved the joint proposal from the Oakland Raiders and San Diego Chargers for a new $1.7B stadium. [AP]
