Branson School Plans Huge New Campus

The Branson School has plans for a huge new campus and hundreds of homes in Strawberry.

The Marin private school would relocate its private high school from its current campus in Ross and build 304 new homes to go with it. North Coast Land Holdings proposed the project for a 127-acre site that used to house the Golden Gate Theological Seminary, the San Francisco Business Times reports. The parcel was purchased by a trust that owns North Coast for $85M last year.

Plans include updating existing school buildings and adding several amenities. Strawberry residents have expressed concern about the development, citing too much housing and potential traffic congestion. [SFBT]
