Windy Hill Pitching Massive San Carlos Office Project

Windy Hill Property Ventures is seeking approval for a 560k SF office development in San Carlos. The project is dubbed Meridian 25 and would be located at the site of six light industrial buildings at Industrial and Bransten roads.

It’s less than a mile from downtown San Carlos and a Caltrain station and would be the largest single office development ever built in San Carlos. The project’s name signifies the 25-mile distance to both San Jose and San Francisco.

Windy Hill has several projects in the works or under review in the area, including a 30k SF office building in San Mateo. The firm has been investing in the area for nine years and has grown its residential and commercial portfolio substantially. [SFBT]
