Turner projects range from $1M to $100M (a recent fun one was renovating frat houses at Stanford). One near and dear to his heart is the $10M revamp of San Jose City Hall, which Turner originally built. Now Turner's converting it into the new 35k SF San Jose Patent and Trademark office.
