We want to hear some of the best incentives you've ever been offered as a broker, especially those during the depths of the recession when S.F. office rents were in the dungeon. We're hearing about more and more broker incentives to get tenants in the door—even if they don't sign on the dotted line. The latest we got a whiff of: a $100 gift card to 21st Amendment for each bona fide tour of 260 Townsend's 6k SF creative spec suite, offered by Newmark Cornish & Carey. Last year we wrote about bonus commissions in Foster City and San Mateo. Sources say perks like these are signaling a slowdown, but we all know things are still pretty great.
