We're hearing about more and more broker incentives to get tenants in the door—even if they don't sign on the dotted line. The latest we got a whiff of: a $100 gift card to 21st Amendment for each bona fide tour of 260 Townsend's 6k SF creative spec suite, offered by Newmark Cornish & Carey. Last year we wrote about bonus commissions in Foster City and San Mateo. Sources say perks like these are signaling a slowdown, but we all know things are still pretty great.
