Last night 500 real estate execs jam-packed the Jewish Contemporary Museum for the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative’s reception. Here's president of 42nd Street Development Corp and WLI chair Wendy Rowden kicking off the event, noting the WLI cocktail party has always been a “hot ticket” for ULI attendees who want to further women in real estate. (Considering ULI has 6,000 members, that means only 1/12 got to attend.)

The museum was a fitting host to promote girl power, considering it's currently playing host to an Amy Winehouse tribute exhibit. Cushman & Wakefield sponsored the event, and here is global COO John Santora (right) welcoming attendees.
