We Know Where WeWork's Headed

Bisnow got a few brokers around town to divulge where WeWork is planting a flag next: Somewhere in Midmarket (that's all we know for now, as the deal is still in play, but stay tuned). The co-working giant just swung open doors to its new Berkeley office at 2120 University, according to a San Francisco Business Times interview with WeWork S.F. region lead Tim Pauly. It's the first of three new offices opening this year in the Bay Area, he tells the SFBT. Bisnow had the scoop last year on one of its incoming additions, inside Boston Properties' 535 Mission. The NY-based company has 28 locations worldwide, with plans to grow by 50% by year's end.
