We Just Hung Out With Bumgarner

Richard Bumgarner, that is--prez of Hero Marketing. He just let us crash his Giants party to watch the parade from his new office at 580 Market.

Rich, here all decked out as a Walking Dead character, perches in his 3,500-SF HQ with CEO Lyn Rundell moments before the street below erupted to cheer on the home team. He tells us his 20-person team is growing, and clients range from Men's Wearhouse to Kaiser to H&R Block. (Though he has no relation to the MVP, he tells us he gets random inquires on Facebook all the time.)

We got enough eye candy in the past hour to satisfy 10 10-year-olds on Halloween. We caught this pic of Posey peeking through the trees, as well as Mayor Ed Lee, a giant sparkling panda on wheels, Pence playing dress-up in a WWF belt, the whole Bochy family riding in a bus (trophy in tow), Metallica, and a color combo that couldn't be more perfect for Halloween.

Here's our very own Mike Martinez and Cassidy Turley VP Kareem Barzegar who reps Hero Marketing and found them the sweet space we were standing in. Conference rooms are named after hot spots around town, including Tonga Room and Elbo Room. Kareem's gearing up to be a nerd tonight while his wife is going the hot school girl route.

JLL just sent us this shot from their 11th floor. Were you doing beer bongs at noon? Wearing a freshly acquired pair of Mad Bum underwear over your pantsuit? Send 'em over. We'll run some of the best in Monday's edition. tierney.plumb@bisnow.com
