Creative agency Huge Inc. just inked a 6,415 SF deal at The Wakefield Building in Oakland, bringing the office up to 100% leased. (Last year we reported on the building, which was swooped up by The Swig Co, being for sale). The agency is expected to move about 45 Bay Area employees to the building later this year when it will occupy the entire second floor. C&W repped Swig and Newmark repped the tenant.
