San Francisco's One Sansome Fully Leased

There is no room left at One Sansome. The building owned by Barker Pacific Group and PGIM just added its latest tenant, the State of California’s Department of Corporations, for 20,154 SF on the mezzanine floor. The organization is expected to move into the newly redesigned space in June. BPG expanded the mezzanine floor by converting a gym into 5,389 SF of office. BPG also converted 5,646 SF of undeveloped space on the top floor into leasable office space.

The historic 43-story, 719K SF office building contains 54 companies. Tenants represent young tech companies to long-standing powerhouses, according to Baker Pacific managing director Michael Barker. Citigroup is the largest tenant in the building with 122K SF across seven floors. Other tenants include Wish, Accenture, Sotheby’s, Travelzoo and Turkish Airlines.

BPG and PGIM acquired the property in 2010 and added more than 10K SF of repurposed and rentable space. One Sansome achieved LEED Platinum v.4 certification in 2014, making it the first major office building to obtain the highest green building standard.

CBRE senior vice president Meade Boutwell, executive vice president Phil Tippett and first vice president Cori English repped the landlords.
