Rubicon Unloads Two Class-A SV Properties

Rubicon Point Partners just sold 274-282 Castro St in Mountain View and 1870 Embarcadero Rd in Palo Alto for $40M. Both got a prime renovation and created the opp for a sale, all within about 18 months. HFF marketed the property, scooped up by separate confidential investors. The Mountain View one is 30k SF, and Quixey is the sole tenant. The other 30k SF building in Palo Alto is leased to Sullivan & Cromwell, a 135-year-old law firm.
