Matson Navigation Extends in Oakland

Global transit company Matson Navigation signed a 10-year extension for its worldwide headquarters at 555 City Center in Oakland. Matson, which relocated its headquarters from S.F. to its current home in the heart of Oakland’s City Center a decade ago (talk about a trendsetter), is located in 48k SF on the seventh and eighth floors of the 20-story Class-A high-rise. Owned by Harvest Properties, the building is a LEED Gold certified. John Dolby and Dane Hooks with DTZ repped the landlord.
