JLL recently completed a 37K SF renovation of its San Francisco office at One Front St. The design incorporates different work styles and needs of the office's 110 employees to make work easier, more collaborative and more productive and to increase job satisfaction and balance, JLL Managing Director Mike Seifer said.

The renovated office, which was designed by M Moser Associates and managed by JLL Project Management, incorporates an open, creative floor plan with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Downtown San Francisco and the bay.

The office features two cafés, several lounge and game areas and quiet rooms.
