Castlight Health is expanding and sticking with its digs at 150 Spear. The health company just inked a deal for 36k SF at the Financial District building, according to an SEC filing. The lease was needed to expand its office facilities. About 13k SF of the expansion space is currently occupied by the company under a sublease, which will be replaced by the new deal. The term of the lease extends to June 30, 2021, with a five-year renewal option. The 256k SF building was built in 1982.
