Engineering Firm Expands Office Footprint Into Oakland

Arup just leased a new office in Oakland. The engineering and consulting firm signed a 10-year lease for 16K SF at TMG Partners’ 1330 Broadway building in downtown Oakland. Arup will occupy the 13th floor. TMG previously leased the 18th floor to Oracle.

The 315K SF 18-story office recently underwent a renovation that included a new main lobby and building entrance, new common area finishes, major elevator and building systems modernization, refurbished conference facilities, bike parking and commuter showers.

Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director Dane Hooks repped TMG Partners, while Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director John Dolby and Executive Managing Director Greg Fogg repped Arup.
