Big Tech Company Expands Into Oakland

Oracle is headed to Oakland. The tech giant just signed a 16K SF lease at TMG Partners’ 1330 Broadway building. Oracle will be on the 17th floor of the 18-story 313K SF building in Downtown Oakland. The Oakland office is part of Oracle’s plan to expand into the East Bay. TMG’s building is close to the 12th Street BART station and bus lines.

TMG recently completed a renovation to the building, which included a new main lobby and building entrance, new common area finishes, major elevator and building system modernization, refurbishing of conference facilities, enhanced bike parking and commuter showers.

Cushman & Wakefield executive director John Dolby and managing director Dane Hooks repped TMG Partners. Dolby and Hooks also were involved in Blue Shield’s 200K SF lease at 601 City Center in Oakland.
