Brisbane Office Towers Leasing Up, UCSF Health Next To Move In

UCSF Health just leased 40k SF of Class-A office for nonclinical programs at Diamond Investment Properties’ Sierra Point Towers at 8000 Marina Blvd in Brisbane. The health company will move in during this quarter. Tenants include eBay, Aimmune Therapeutics, Stella & Dot, NetEase, BioMarin Pharmaceutical, Myovant Sciences, Horizon Pharma, Innoviva and XOJET. During the past year, new tenants have occupied over 150k SF.

Sierra Point Towers is made up of two eight- and 12-story bayfront office buildings with about 500k SF of Class-A space. A little over 93k SF is still available between the two towers. Sierra Point Towers offers turnkey tenant improvements free of charge. The buildings feature on-site restaurants and food trucks, a fitness center, a basketball court, outdoor collaboration areas and ample parking.
